"Video lottery terminal" means a commission-approved machine or device that is compatible with the Lottery Commission's central computer system, and that is used for the purpose of playing video lottery games authorized by the Lottery Commission by no more than one player at a time. (g) The certificate shall include the name of the person who completed the training program and the date and the location of the training program.
